Very interesting article about the nature of knowledge and what is required for a KnowledgeEnhancementSystem. Also has an interesting interface whereby many words have tool-tip definitions. The problem is that every incidence of some words like "knowledge" show up as links which is kind of distracting. This prompts me to think about an interface that shows certain links, like definitions, or PurpleNumbers, or annotations, that appear only when a certain key is pressed.
