Step 2 go around and give each person an opportunity to make comments about why this proposal is or is not in the best interest of the Commons. Step 3 ask for any concerns that have not been resolved. Step 4 resolve concerns, if possible. Step 5 if all concerns are resolved, double check that consensus has been achieved. |
