06 Jun 2024 The Board authorized payment up to $700 from the Contingency budget line to cover ONE registration fee for one person (or more person to split) so that The Commons can attend the National CoHousing Conference in Denver, CO August 2-4, 2024.

07 May 2023 Three month trial of 60 minute length for business meetings (currently 2 hours). The board has the option of lengthening the time if needed to conduct business and would indicate that on the agenda sent out prior to the business meeting.
