The cooperative families asked that the monthly fee ($50 for exclusive use of the childrens room) be waived because of all the funds being expended by the individual families and the fact that the Common House is not suffering as a result of the added child activity. The children?s room has been improved and it is now available for everyone in the community The group authorized waiving the monthly fee for this year but to be reconsidered annually. |
