Summary	If the community needs more time for the discussion of a particular item at a business meeting, it may be decided to make the item the subject of an additional meeting. The Process Committee will make arrangement for that meeting. Such meetings will make recommendations to the Association, but not decisions for it. The Association will pay for childcare at such meetings.
