The board has the option of lengthening the time if needed to conduct business and would indicate that on the agenda sent out prior to the business meeting. The U.S. Social Security Cost-Of-Living Adjustment will be routinely applied to the amount of the Commons monthly assessment each year in order to create a baseline amount that is held constant for inflation. This inflation-adjusted amount will be provided with the proposed Commons Annual Budget in January, along with a proposed monthly assessment fee amount that either leaves this inflation-adjusted value unchanged from the past year or proposes to increase or decrease this inflation-adjusted amount. |
