Summary	Persons from the immediately surrounding neighborhood may be invited to eat a common meal one time each, with the meal paid for out of the Outreach budget. Persons providing a service to the whole Commons may be so invited also. The Outreach budget will not be used for meals for a potential renter, buyer, or other general visitor. Meal signup sheets will contain a place to record the name of the person receiving a meal paid for out of the Outreach budget and their resident sponsor. $4 will be charged for an Outreach meal. No
