Summary	The Architectural Committee is reminded to directly notify owners of neighboring properties prior to any decisions made. In addition, the Architectural Committee will notify the entire community of the meeting to review and act on requests. Any community member may attend the Architectural Committee meetings. Decisions are made by committee members. All Architectural Committee decisions can be appealed to the Board.
