Summary	Able Hands Landscaping (Tyson Reed, owner) will overhaul the drip irrigation system in the plaza. This involves going thru each zone and removing any extra, unneeded tubing and adding tubing and emitters where they are needed. Bury the lines 2". The emitters will be 1-2" above the soil to enable seeing water coming out of them. The pop up sprayers on the lawn will be adjusted and a sprayer will be added to cover the circle around the fountain. Fix the leak on the backflow preventer. Change out the pressure reducer to zone 5 or the reducer will be removed if necessary to get more pressure to that zone.
