Summary	There was a recent incident where people who wanted to visit the Commons made guest room reservations, then never canceled and did not show up. Ellen is seeking a waiver of this charge. A new policy has been put in place to avoid this in the future. (A deposit is now required before the reservation is made for visitors who are not known to Commoners.) The Board approved waiving this charge.
