Summary	The proposal passed to make our compost process more efficient and more aesthetic by combining what has been two separate composting operations into one. Sponsors sought $2,500 from the capital improvement fund to replace the four existing compost bins, build four new bins, buy a wood chipper to reduce the volume of leaves, and build a wood panel fence to screen the bins from view from the West Road.
