• Create topic view for decisions which:
  • Hides text area during editing (uses "Form Edit" view).
  • Provides for commenting in separate topic.
• Add commenting form to all decision topics.

There are too many categories. I wasn't sure what category to use.

When brousing decisions it would be helpful to see the event where the decision was made and the date it was made. It is not useful to see when it was last modified, or who modified it.
