TopicType of topics to be called by a (parameterized) INCLUDE or DBCALL

Create New Web Log	Topic for creating new WebLogs
Render Add Comment	Creates a section to add comments to a topic.

Render Bar Filter With Sort	Bar with sort and filter options

Render Classification Topic	Renders general layout for ClassificationTopics.
Render Comment Count Bar	Counts comments in a topic by counting at special tag
